Introduction
This book provides a progressive system of study in all phases of drum set
performance. The material has been organized into seven sections which
focus on basic problems that confront the drummer. The exercises should
be practiced in sequential order. They are designed to supply the basis for
solving problems that occur in various situations.
I have based this material on my own experience as a student, performer
and teacher. I feel it is the best way to develop an approach to coordination
on the drum set.
